In short
Kinra stores everything on your device. We do not have a server, we do not collect your data, we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking, and you do not need an account.
What data the app keeps
The information you enter: animals, photos, health records, weights, heats, matings, litters, buyers (name, phone, email you type in), reservations and payments, and app settings. This data is stored only in the app’s storage on your phone. The developer cannot see it.
Permissions the app may ask for
- Camera and photos: to add photos of animals and medical scans. Only the pictures you choose are used.
- Notifications: to show local reminders (vaccinations, treatments, expected birth dates). They are scheduled on your phone.
- Calendar (optional, Pro): to add upcoming events to your phone calendar. Kinra removes the events it added if you turn this off.
- Contacts (optional): to copy a name, phone and email of a contact you pick into a buyer card.
Backups and sharing
When you export a backup, a CSV file, a PDF for the vet or a puppy card, the file is created on your phone and you choose where to send it using the system share sheet. Kinra does not upload it anywhere. Automatic backup copies are kept in the app’s own folder on your phone. Your phone’s system backup (iCloud or Google) may include the app’s data, depending on your device settings. That is managed by Apple or Google, not by Kinra.
Subscriptions
Kinra Pro is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we do not receive your card details. To check whether Pro is active, the app uses the subscription service RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user identifier and purchase information (product, dates, status). It does not receive the animals, photos or any other data you enter in Kinra. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
Your data about other people
If you store details of your buyers, you decide what to store and you are responsible for having a right to keep it. Kinra does not send it anywhere.
Children
Kinra is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Data → Erase all data, or delete the app. Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot restore it for you: keep your own backups.

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated and the new version published on this page.

Які дані зберігає застосунок
Інформацію, яку ви вносите: тварини, фото, записи про здоровʼя, вага, тічки, в'язки, посліди, покупці (імʼя, телефон, пошта, які ви вводите), броні й платежі, а також налаштування. Ці дані лежать лише в сховищі застосунку на вашому телефоні. Розробник їх не бачить.
Дозволи, які може запитати застосунок
- Камера й фото: щоб додавати фото тварин і медичних сканувань. Використовуються лише обрані вами зображення.
- Сповіщення: для локальних нагадувань (вакцинації, обробки, очікувані пологи). Вони плануються на вашому телефоні.
- Календар (за бажанням, Pro): щоб додавати майбутні події в календар телефона. Якщо вимкнути, Kinra прибирає події, які додала.
- Контакти (за бажанням): щоб скопіювати імʼя, телефон і пошту обраного контакту в картку покупця.
Копії та надсилання
Коли ви експортуєте архів, файл CSV, PDF для ветеринара чи картку цуценяти, файл створюється на вашому телефоні, а куди його надіслати, ви обираєте самі через системне меню «Поділитись». Kinra нікуди його не завантажує. Автоматичні копії лежать у власній теці застосунку. Системна копія телефона (iCloud чи Google) може включати дані застосунку залежно від налаштувань пристрою; нею керують Apple або Google, а не Kinra.
Підписка
Kinra Pro — підписка через App Store або Google Play. Платежі обробляють Apple або Google; ми не отримуємо дані вашої картки. Щоб перевірити, чи активна підписка Pro, застосунок використовує сервіс RevenueCat. Він отримує анонімний ідентифікатор користувача та дані про покупку (продукт, дати, статус), але не тварин, фото чи будь-які інші дані, які ви вносите в Kinra. Дані про інших людей
Якщо ви зберігаєте дані покупців, ви самі вирішуєте, що саме, і відповідаєте за право їх зберігати. Kinra нікуди їх не надсилає.
Діти
Kinra не призначена для дітей до 13 років і свідомо не збирає їхні дані.
Видалення даних
«Налаштування» → «Дані» → «Стерти всі дані», або видаліть застосунок. Оскільки копії ваших даних у нас немає, відновити їх ми не можемо: зберігайте власні резервні копії.
Зміни
Якщо політика зміниться, ми оновимо дату вище й опублікуємо нову версію на цій сторінці.
