Using the app
Kinra is a personal record-keeping tool for animal breeders and pet owners. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your devices. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
Estimates are not advice
Forecasts in the app (next heat, expected birth date, treatment plans, ranges for progesterone, weights and similar) are estimates for planning only. They are not veterinary, medical or legal advice. Consult a veterinarian for decisions about an animal’s health.
Your data and backups
Your data is stored on your device only. You are responsible for making backups (Settings → Data). If you lose or reset the phone without a backup, we cannot restore your data.
Kinra Pro subscription
Some features need Kinra Pro, a paid auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) bought through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. If a free trial is offered, it is shown in the store too. Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
No warranty and limit of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for lost data or for decisions made based on the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above will change. The terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Користування застосунком
Kinra — особистий інструмент обліку для заводчиків і власників тварин. Ви отримуєте особисту неподільну ліцензію на користування на своїх пристроях. Не копіюйте, не перепродавайте й не декомпілюйте застосунок.
Оцінки — не поради
Прогнози в застосунку (наступна тічка, очікувана дата пологів, плани обробок, межі прогестерону, ваги тощо) — орієнтовні, для планування. Це не ветеринарна, медична чи юридична порада. Щодо здоровʼя тварини звертайтеся до ветеринара.
Ваші дані й копії
Дані зберігаються лише на вашому пристрої. Резервні копії робите ви («Налаштування» → «Дані»). Якщо ви втратите чи скинете телефон без копії, ми не зможемо відновити дані.
Підписка Kinra Pro
Деякі функції потребують Kinra Pro — платної підписки з автопродовженням (на місяць або на рік), яку купують через App Store чи Google Play. Ціни показує магазин до купівлі; безкоштовний пробний період, якщо він є, теж показано в магазині. Платіж списується з вашого акаунта в магазині. Підписка продовжується автоматично, доки ви не скасуєте її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Керувати підпискою й скасовувати її потрібно в налаштуваннях акаунта магазину; видалення застосунку її не скасовує. Повернення коштів обробляють Apple або Google.
Без гарантій і обмеження відповідальності
Застосунок надається «як є». У межах, дозволених законом, розробник не відповідає за втрату даних і за рішення, ухвалені на основі застосунку. Ніщо тут не обмежує ваші права за імперативним законодавством про захист споживачів.
Зміни та право
Умови можуть оновлюватися, дата вище зміниться. До умов застосовується право України, без шкоди для ваших імперативних споживчих прав у вашій країні.
